About Rotraud Reinhard<\/h2>\n

Author Rotraud Reinhard was born in Germany and has been felting since 1989. She developed the technique that makes three-dimensional felting possible. She runs felting courses and gives lessons in Waldorf schools and kindergartens.<\/p>\n
