These unique Waldorf inspired blendable smudge pastels are used for creating dreamy artworks with a beautiful watercolour-like effect ranging from\u00a0very delicate to intense colours.<\/p>\n
A staple at Waldorf Steiner and primary schools, the sustainably produced Seccorell paint sticks are rubbed against the grater\/rubbing block to produce paint powder. This powder is then brushed or rubbed completely onto painting paper or any natural surface with the fingertips. Wiping with a tissue will set the colours.<\/p>\n
The shavings powder can be layered for colour blending and by wiping, circling and mixing, the various colour nuances, intensities and mixing ratios can be creatively worked out. The included eraser can be used for highlighting and the paint sticks can also be used like colouring pencils to define outlines.<\/p>\n
Seccorell paint sticks are harmless to health and are very durable as they can be used up to the last bit. They\u00a0consist of bound mineral pigment which easily can be removed by washing hands with soap and water.<\/p>\n
