About Angela McAllister

Angela McAllister is a mother of two and an author of over 70 books for children and teens. Her books have won several awards, including the Red House Book Award and the Stockport and Portsmouth Awards.

She studied philosophy at Middlesex Polytechnic and worked in educational structures with children before starting her career in books. First she worked as an illustrator and then went on to focus on writing.
