The Nienhuis Montessori animals and book for the black ribbon is a supplementary set of history timeline material designed to be used with the Nienhuis Montessori black ribbon.

This set contains a selection of realistic prehistoric animals and related revolutionary early humans figurines (not all animals and early humans from the book are included), a set of all the animals and early humans depicted in the book printed on thick polypropylene cards. It also includes a book which provides a good overview and detailed explanation of the evolution of the earth during a period of billions of years.
