Tactile tracing number shapes – Educo

The Educo tactile tracing number shapes set comprises of ten blue plastic plates with the shapes of the numbers zero to nine in a relief of 5 mm. Each number is represented in both small and large on the plates. This set also includes one wooden pen.

The child traces the number shapes with their index finger or with the wooden pen. The shapes feature arrows with small numbers to learn the correct direction of writing.

This sensorial language material supplements the Educo writing patterns and is in terms of application in the curriculum similar to Educo feel the number and the Nienhuis Montessori sandpaper numerals. The number shapes develop early writing skills, number symbol recognition as well as fine motor skills.

Tactile tracing number shapes is suitable for children aged 4-6 years.
