Stamp game paper: 15 problems – Nienhuis Montessori

The Nienhuis Montessori stamp game paper with 15 problems includes 500 sheets with 15 problem grids (twelve 1/2”- squares each) printed in grey.

The stamp game provides opportunity for individual practice by the child in the operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. In a step towards abstraction, the quantity and symbols of the decimal system are combined and are represented by each ‘stamp’.

In a prepared Montessori environment the stamp game is usually introduced by linking the golden bead material so the child can make a connection and materialise the values of the cube, square, bar and bead.

This Montessori material is suitable for children aged 6 years and up.
