Wool felt garland flags – Gry & Sif

Perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere, the Gry & Sif handmade wool felt garland with colourful flags strings together moments of joy! This beautiful garland with wool felt rainbow coloured flags adds a playful touch to baby nurseries, children’s rooms and play areas. The garland can also be used for birthday parties decoration and festive moments to add warmth and fun.

This lovely garland is entirely handmade in Nepal from 100% natural virgin New Zealand wool and is 230cm long. It features 25 delicate wool felt flag pennants in the colours of the rainbow fixed onto a red-coloured cotton string.

Each of the individual pennants are felted by hand and the edges are neatened with an even long stitch. The pennants have an edge length of 4.5cm.

The damp wool is stretched, shaped and finally dried under the hot Nepalese sun.

The addition of embroidery and decorative details by hand by skilled Nepalese artisans is the most detailed and artistic step, bringing designs to life and making each piece unique. This deep respect for craftsmanship ensures that the Gry & Sif products stand out as something special!

The wool used for the Gry & Sif creations comes from New Zealand, where the brand works closely with farmers who follow the guidelines of the New Zealand Animal Welfare Act.
