3-sided inset pencils: various colours – Nienhuis Montessori

The Nienhuis Montessori 3-sided, or triangular, inset pencils are to be used with the metal insets but are also perfectly matched with all other materials in the Montessori prepared environment or the traditional classroom.

The inset pencils are 3-sided which lay more comfortably in the hand, and facilitate teaching children the correct way to hold a pencil!

Nienhuis Montessori inset pencils come in a wide variety of 18 colours and are sold in single boxes of 12 pencils of the same colour per box. A set of wooden coloured inset pencil holders is also separately available.

This Montessori material is suitable for children aged 3 years and up.
