A wonderful Waldorf Steiner art resource, the lovely wooden holder has 6 precisely milled holes to hold the 6 x 50ml glass jars, providing convenience, stability and avoiding spills when painting. The set is ideal for painting activities with children, including wet-on-wet watercolour painting popular in both Montessori and Waldorf education.

Leftover watercolours can be kept fresh in the glass jars for many days, ready to use again and avoiding waste. The jars are also suitable for glue, ink or Indian ink so will be useful for many art and craft projects.

The wooden holder measures 35 x 6 x 3cm and is made by hand in Sweden of European birch wood and finished with a water-based lacquer that draws deeply into the wood giving long-lasting protection. The 6 jars with lids are made from glass are are 50ml each. All Mercurius Waldorf painting and art supplies are sustainably made in Europe and are safe and non-toxic, using only water-based glues and finishes.
