Rolf’s food for you, eat healthy all year round is an educational game to teach young children about where food comes from and which types of food belong together or are from the same food group. It has been carefully designed to meet the development and learning needs of children in a fun way.

Eat healthy all year round is all about food: it explores the topics of what is healthy food and what is less healthy, which fruits have seeds and which have pips. It also invites children to discuss their own meals and snacks.

Children who eat enough fruit and vegetables and actively exercise are more comfortable in their skin, are fitter and are less likely to catch a cold. This wonderful game encourages children to think about food helping them to grow properly as well as discovering alternatives to sweets. Children also discover other children’s food preferences.

This educational game consists of 45 image cards with pictures of foods and their growth patterns, 6 wooden pawns and 50 plastic chips. It can be played with 2 to 6 children aged 4 and up.
