Know what you are eating puzzle – Rolf

Rolf’s know what you are eating is an educational wooden food pyramid puzzle to teach children about healthy eating, the different food groups and how much of these different foods they should be eating. It has been carefully designed to meet the development and learning needs of children in a fun way.

This beautiful wooden puzzle makes learning hands-on and visual as children complete the food pyramid. Bright and colourful illustrations show the different foods clearly, as well as children involved in healthy exercise and activity along the bottom.

At the top there is a small puzzle piece representing sweet treats, followed by fats, dairy, protein, fruits and vegetables, bread, rice and other carbohydrates and hydrating drinks. In completing the puzzle, children will be learning about healthy eating as well as developing their cognitive, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

This triangular framed wooden puzzle has 27 puzzle pieces and measures 40 x 35cm.
