Large movable alphabet: US cursive – Nienhuis Montessori

The Nienhuis Montessori large movable alphabet in US cursive print is language material and comprises of thick plastic letters containing ten units of each consonant in the colour pink and fifteen units of each vowel in blue.

The child starts working with the large movable alphabet after mastering the letter sounds through working with the cursive sandpaper letters. Even though the child may not be able to write yet, working with the movable alphabet allows him to compose words and develop early-writing and reading skills.

This Nienhuis Montessori large movable alphabet set also includes 4 additional letters for the Spanish language and could be, if needed, removed from the set.

A wooden box to contain the large movable alphabet is also available separately in our webshop.

This Montessori language material is suitable for children aged 6 years and up.
