The lovely Eperfa hillside forest set introduces children to animal wildlife and trees found in the forests and hills around Budapest, Hungary. This beautiful set of handmade wooden toy animals, birds and trees invite children to build their own little hillside, as well as develop their imagination and curiosity for the world around them!

This toy set features the typical animals and trees of the Buda Hills, all made from locally sourced sycamore and cherry wood derived from responsible forestry from the Duna-Ipoly National Park of Hungary. 5 wooden toy animals are included, as well as 5 birds and 3 trees, all contained in a recycled handmade paper box.

Children develop fine motor skills and manual dexterity as well as imagination as they stack the animals and trees or use the elements to build in their own small world play.

This delightful, high quality toy set is sure to become a family heirloom toy to pass on through the generations. It has been handmade and hand painted in Eperfa’s small workshop in Budapest, Hungary.
