Rug beater – Nienhuis Montessori

The Nienhuis Montessori rug beater is part of the AMI recommended practical life materials and is an effective cleaning tool. Old-fashioned with a vintage look, the rug beater is made by hand from rattan and is used for cleaning dust out of rugs, cushions, sofa’s and is indispensable for use in the prepared Montessori environment.

This rug beater is made of untreated rattan in Indonesia and is suitable for children aged 3 years and up. It measures approximately 75 x 18 x 1cm.
