We will send out a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided to us once your order is received. Once your payment has been cleared your parcel will be shipped of which we will notify you by e-mail. We will provide you with the tracking number provided by Swiss Post so you can track your parcel.

All our orders are shipped with DPD and Swiss Post parcel service – by default with PostPac Economy. Prices vary by weight and will be calculated at checkout. You also have the option to choose for Swiss Post PostPac Priority.

Depending on availability of the item your parcel will take 2 working days (48 hours) to ship with Swiss Post PostPac Economy, or 1 working day (24 hours) if you choose for Swiss Post PostPac Priority. Swiss Post delivers parcels from Mon-Fri.

We offer the full range of each of our brands in our web shop. However, as we may not have each item in stock at any given time you will still be able to order each product.
A delivery time of 2-3 weeks means we will order your item(s) especially for you from our supplier. We have allocated this time as all our products are shipped from the Netherlands and require importation to Switzerland, and subsequent clearance by Swiss customs. In the case an item is out of stock at our supplier we will immediately notice you, and if you wish reimburse your payment.
Items in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days once your payment has cleared. Depending on the Swiss Post shipping method you have chosen this will take 1-2 working days.

We accept online payments from Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payment by bank transfer.

Should you wish to return anything purchased from our web shop, we will refund you for a product provided the sealed box or packaging containing the product has not been opened, i.e. the product is unused and in fully resalable condition. Any postage charges you might incur will not be refunded.

Any customer data collected during the order process on our website is for internal use only.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We do not allow saving of payment methods in your account. This ensures that your credit card details are not accessible via our system.
