All orders made in our web shop are shipped within Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post.

Orders are usually dispatched 1-3 working days after your payment has cleared. 

If your order contains a pre-order item, the delivery time may be affected.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and kindly ask you to use your geographical address.

Local Pickup

We also allow for local pickup at our shop in Vésenaz, Canton of Geneva. Please select this option and no shipping cost will be added to your cart total.

We will contact you by e-mail to notify when your order is ready for pick up. Orders should be picked up within 7 days after placing your order in our web shop.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide with Swiss Post. By default we use the Swiss Post parcel shipment service PostPac Priority. Delivery rates are calculated according to the total weight and/or size of your parcel at the checkout page.

Orders are usually dispatched 1-3 working days after your payment has cleared. (If your order contains a pre-order item, the delivery time may be affected).

Please note worldwide delivery (outside Switzerland) can take more than 10 working days.

Import duties and/or other country-specific import charges may apply. The costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the customer in full.

Delivery to schools

We supply any type of educational structure, including preschools, primary schools, Montessori schools, playgroups, childcare centres, toy libraries and after school structures worldwide.

Free delivery with Planzer, excluding large items such as school furniture exceeding 60cm and/or 29kg, is offered to Swiss and Liechtenstein educational structures for orders of 150 CHF and up.
