Tasting exercise – Nienhuis Montessori

The Nienhuis Montessori tasting exercise is sensorial material used to refine the gustatory sense. The bottles are prepared by the Montessori guide with the basic tastes of sweet, sour, salty and bitter. The child is asked to sample each and to match two bottles for each taste.

This set includes 8 tasting bottles, 4 with a glass dropper with a black rubber top and 4 with a red rubber top, as well as a wooden working tray.

This Montessori material is suitable for children aged 3 years and up.
