Entirely made from wood, Serio spheres is an educational toy which introduces children to sorting and serialising while playing and experimenting with three-dimensional objects. The 5 blue brightly lacquered spheres must be sorted from small to large (or vice versa) and placed in the right circular space. The set includes a wooden board with a slight incline (29.5 x 21 x 1cm) and 5 wooden spheres in different sizes of height.
Educo Serio is part of the Pyramid project: while playing and experimenting, young children learn to serialise characteristics such as size, thickness, length, height and width. The Serio range consists of in total 6 different sets to sort and serialise with in diverse levels of difficulty: cylinders, discs, prisms from wide to narrow, prisms from high to low, rods and spheres.
