Feel the number – Educo

The Educo feel the number set is high quality mathematical material comprising of ten wooden boards with the numbers zero to nine engraved in cursive print and a wooden pencil with a flattened point. The child follows the shapes of the numbers with their index finger or with the pencil.

The letter boards stimulate pre-writing skills by using the senses, which lays the foundation for number symbol shape recognition and also develops fine motor skills. The Educo blindfolds can be added to working with the number boards. This sensorial language material is similar to the Nienhuis Montessori sandpaper numerals.

Educo feel the number is suitable for children aged 4-6 years.
