Froebel Gabe / Gift 9-2 – SINA Spielzeug

The SINA Spielzeug original Gabe 9-2 from the Friedrich Froebel series of playing gifts moves from the concept of surface or plane as a separate object to the concept of curve orientation. Gaben 9-1 to 9-3 contain rings in various sizes and provide an important developmental step and a shift from concrete to abstract comprehension gradually through play.

This educational toy is suited for children aged 6 years and up and contains laying material in the colours red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet – with in total 72 rings with an outside diameter 46mm and 72 rings with an outside diameter of 34mm. This Gabe encourages expression of geometry and develops mathematical skills and concepts such as whole and half, diameter and circumference as well as inside and outside.
