Single shape puzzle set – Nienhuis Montessori

This attractive Nienhuis Montessori single shape puzzle set includes four simple wooden 1-piece puzzles and is part of the Nienhuis toddler material range. Each puzzle depicts a geometrical shape in a different size, with the first puzzle having a large blue circle, the second a small blue circle, the third a red square and the fourth puzzle an equilateral yellow triangle.

These Montessori single shape wooden puzzles stimulate hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills of the young child. They also lay the foundation of “figure-ground” concepts, learning about shapes and the primary colours.

A large solid wooden knob has been placed in the centre of each puzzle piece facilitating easy grasping by even the littlest hands. Each puzzle is entirely made of wood and measures: 15 x 15cm.

This material is suitable for children aged 2 years and up.
