Education Method
Our high quality learning materials and educational toys have been organised by 4 education methods (Montessori, Waldorf, Froebel and traditional), making it easier for you to understand what products are applied in the curriculum of the pedagogy you identify with and to start you off in your learning journey.
Our carefully chosen learning materials and toys cover Montessori, Waldorf Steiner, Froebel (Friedrich Fröbel) and traditional education. The choice of a teaching method depends on what fits you — your educational philosophy, classroom demographic, subject area(s) and (home)school mission statement:
– Montessori education focuses on each child’s individuality, encouraging curiosity and following your child’s interests.
– Waldorf Steiner education encourages the development of the whole child and learning through the experience of regular daily tasks and activities.
– Froebel education promotes the importance of play and encourages children to understand their world by directly experiencing it through play.
– Traditional education encompasses conventional or customary education traditionally applied in (public) primary and elementary schools.
Preparing a child with educational activities supported with quality learning materials and resources in their early years when their brains are growing, developing and constantly absorbing information leads to improved cognitive, social, emotional and physical development – important life skills required to thrive, develop independence and achieve academic success to help succeed in our modern and ever-changing society.
